How to Delete Your Data
At The Loop, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Important Notice
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including events, bands, venues, and profile information will be permanently removed from our systems.
Steps to Delete Your Account:
- 1Log in to your account
- 2Navigate to your Profile page
- 3Go to the Settings tab
- 4Navigate to the "Data & Legal" section
- 5Scroll down to the "Delete Account" section
- 6Click "Delete Account" and follow the confirmation prompts
What Gets Deleted:
- Your profile information and bio
- All events you've created or organized
- Band and venue profiles you manage
- Your connections and friend requests
- Messages and notifications
- All other personal data associated with your account
Data Retention:
Once you delete your account, most data is immediately removed from our active systems. Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days for security and legal compliance purposes.
